Pepvise
HOW WE SCORE

How we score peptide reviews.

Pepvise grades every research peptide on a 10-point composite drawn from five weighted components. The weights are public, the inputs are public, and the version history is public — that is the only way a score system survives contact with smart readers.

v1.2 — currentv1.1 — superseded 2026-02-12
  1. 01

    Published evidence

    25%

Sample size, replication count, and study design across PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, and FDA filings. Mouse-only literature gets capped.

  2. 02

    Mechanism plausibility

    15%

Whether the proposed mechanism is consistent with established cell biology, or whether it is back-fitted to the marketing claim.

  3. 03

    Human data

    25%

Trial phase, sample size, follow-up length, and the gap between rodent dose and the human dose actually studied.

  4. 04

    Vendor trust

    15%

Counterfeit incidence, third-party assay availability, regulatory posture of typical sources. Not an endorsement of any vendor.

  5. 05

    Regulatory posture

    20%

FDA approval status, 503A/503B compoundability, WADA status, and the realistic legal pathway for a US patient or athlete.

Pepvise reviews are not medical advice. Scores reflect published evidence and supply-chain posture , not a recommendation that any individual administer any compound. 2026-04-29.
